What is the voltage of electricity to be used in Portable DVD players (which have screens)?

Can I use eliminators in these portable DVD players?

3. For a vehicle..? 12 Volts. If your looking to plug it in on a wall, go to the manufacturer's website and look for the instruction manual. Also, it should say the voltage right below the plug on the unit.
4. Your best bet is to go to radio shack and let them look at your unit then you can most likely buy an battery enliminator.They will tell you what size bat.That way you wont blow up your dvd player.
